PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS
You may consult and discuss any problems or concerns with Dr. Cessna by telephone.  Discussion of blood chemistry, diagnostic tests, exam procedures, patient problem solving, diagnostic impressions, and etc., are available.  The charge is $3.00 per minute with a minimum charge of $12.00 per call.
